Our Returns policy expires after 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received your purchase unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Please note we can only accept returns that are unopened and unused.
We always try sourcing the best quality products for our customers. However, there are many factors that might have resulted in your products being damaged during transit.
How do I make a return?
If you received a defective/damaged item, please kindly contact us with your order number and a brief statement explaining the reason for return by sending an email to Contact@JubileeHarvest.Co or clicking the link in the footer menu of our website marked Returns Service, let us know your problem and please don't forget to attach photos/videos which can clearly show the issue.
Once your return is approved, you will be emailed within 24-48 hours.
Once you are ready to ship your return, address your package to the address which will be provided with your order.
Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package, with your order number and return confirmation number clearly printed on your shipping label.
We will email you when your return is processed, usually within 24-48 hours after processing.
Once your return is processed, please allow 24-72 hours for your bank to credit the refund back onto your payment method.
Please note: Jubilee Harvest is not responsible for any return fees, or returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
Books with obvious signs of use,CD, DVD, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Please be advised of delays that are due to banks and financial institutions not processing payments or transfers on weekends and holidays.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping times may vary depending on the items purchased since we ship from various warehouses located worldwide some items will have a shipping time of 4-5 days other shipping times can be from 2-6 weeks.

Why is my order shipped in separate parcels?
If you have multiple items in your order, each item may ship separately depending on availability of specific products in multiple warehouses and therefore results in being sent separately and received at different time frames.
